This Policy describes how We, acting as a Data Fiduciary, collect, use, process, share, and protect the Personal Data of any person ("User", "You", "Your", or "Data Principal") who visits, uses, or transacts on our website www.tapeatale.com, its subdomains, and any associated mobile applications (collectively, "the Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy and provide your express and informed consent to the practices described herein, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

3.1. By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you are providing your express, free, and informed Consent for the Processing of your Personal Data for the "Specified Purposes" outlined in Clause 5.

Right to Correction & Erasure: The right to request the correction of inaccurate or misleading Personal Data and the erasure of Personal Data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. 9.3. Right of Grievance Redressal: The right to a readily available means of registering a grievance with the Data Fiduciary. 9.4. Right to Nominate: The right to nominate any other individual to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
12. AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
